Marty's Cats

THE STORY OF MARTY'S CATS

A few years ago, sadly, an Afghanistan war vet became homeless and left, abandoning his 9 cats. A kind neighbor put food out for them, but they became street cats. Their number dwindled: one was hit by a car, one was poisoned, and some just disappeared. One was attacked by dogs and driven into the canal.
Marty brought in the surviving cats and taught them to be very good house cats. They don't spray, and are 100% dependable using the litter box and using their scratching posts.
"Sammy Sampson"

This beautiful cuddle buddy is one of the most loving, loyal souls you'll ever find. If you allow, he'll sleep with you and get cozy next to you on the couch.  Completely gentle, he would never bite or scratch, and he willingly submits to nail trimming. Always eager for approval (and get a treat, please), he knows several stupid cat tricks…sit, down, roll over, say hi, high five, and twirl. The lucky person who adopts him will think they won the lottery! Sammy will be the best friend you ever had.

Small adoption fee and references required.

Of the four, it was "Fancy" who was attacked by dogs and driven into the canal. Witnesses swore they saw her drown, but miraculously she reappeared six weeks later!

"Fancy" is particularly adorable, soft and fluffy. She loves to snuggle.  She is playful as a kitten and still has a beautiful kitten face. She follows you around, curious about everything, and hopping up on her hind legs to be petted. Her meow is a tiny, little squeak. She knows one trick, to "sit pretty". When she was first brought in, she had severe PTSD symptoms from her trauma, but she is good now, with just a little residual fear.
Two left, so there are just two left!
